Quality Checks
By defining the Quality Control Points, quality checks will be automatically generated at the right logistic operations such as during transfers and manufacturing orders. From the Quality module you can check the details of the status of the quality checks by selecting the Quality Checks option from the Quality Control tab. The list of checks is displayed along with their Status, Checked Date, Team and much more. You can group the quality checks on the basis of Status, Product, Control Point, Finished Lot/ Serial and Team.
You can select the quality check from the list and configure the status associated as Pass or Fail. Also the Quality Check can be conducted during the manufacturing process.
You can create new quality checks by selecting the CREATE button. At the displayed page enter the details such as:
Product: Select the product from the dropdown menu.
Control Per: Enter whether the quality check is done at Operation level or at more granular Lot or Serial Number Level.
Picking: Select the warehouse from where the manufactured product is processed.
Production Order: Choose the production order of the product from the drop down menu.
Control Point: Select the control point of the product.
Type: Select the type from the drop down menu. The type can be Instructions, Take a Picture, Register Consumed Materials, Print Label, Pass-Fail, Measure or Worksheet.
Team: Choose the team that will carry out the quality check.
Company: Select the name of the company.
Notes: Add the notes and instructions regarding the quality check at the given space.
After entering all the information you can manually choose if the product has passed or failed the quality check by selecting the PASS and FAIL buttons.
