Shares & Emails
The Shares & Emails menu available under the Configuration tab of the Odoo Document module will help you to access the Share links window. The image of the window is portrayed below.
This window will give you all the details regarding the shared document links and emails. By viewing this window, you will get the preview of the share links that includes the details such as Workspace, Name, Share type, Allows to, Created by, Created on, and Status. Each of these records can be viewed in detail by clicking on them.
Spreadsheet Templates
The Spreadsheet Templates option can also be found under the Configuration tab of the module. This window will be very useful for managing spreadsheet templates. The window will display all the created spreadsheet templates and it will be very useful for further operations. The window also depicts the options to create a new spreadsheet, edit option for editing the existing template, and the option to make a copy of the spreadsheet template.
