Visitors
Odoo will keep a track of visitors who visit your post published on various social
accounts. You can monitor their interactions in the Visitors menu available in the
Social Marketing module.
The visitors’ list will show the name of visitors if their contact details are saved in
your system and you can interact with them using the SMS, Chat, and Email options. You
can see the last visited time, number of visits, last visited page, number of visited
pages, number of leads/opportunities created, and Chats. The green dot on the visitor
indicates that the visitor is online and the red dot is used to show that the visitor is
offline.
