Calendar Alarm
In the Odoo Calendar module, you can set reminders using the Configuration menu. This feature will help you to send reminders to the clients about the scheduled appointments. You can configure more than one reminder on an appointment, which will be helpful for the client from forgetting the date appointment.
From the Configuration menu, you can find the Reminders option. As you can see in the screenshot above, this platform will show already created reminders. Using the Create button, you can easily set a new one.
You can set the type of reminder as Email, SMS, or Notification. For Email and SMS types, you can add Email and SMS templates. For the Notification type, you will get an additional field to add a message which will be sent with the notification. You set the reminder at particular minutes, hours, or days before the appointment. Click the Save button to save the new reminder.
